1. Prices and payment

All prices in the online store are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable for consumer purchases. The total cost, including available shipping costs and any other charges, is shown before payment.

2. Orders

An order becomes binding once the purchase has been completed. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

3. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Norway. Orders are usually delivered within 5 days, although delivery may take longer during busy periods. Current shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You must notify us within this period and return the item within 14 days after giving notice. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and function may affect the refund under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

5. Complaints

If an item has a defect, you may submit a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact us and describe the issue as soon as possible.
