Refund policy

Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer pays a flat return shipping fee of NOK 49.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is defective.

*Complaints*

If an item is defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering, or when you should have discovered, the defect.  
The complaint period is 2 years from the date you received the item. If the item or a part of it is intended to last substantially longer, the period is 5 years.  
Complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
